About
My name is Alec Hoelscher, and I’m a Software Engineering student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona. Recently, I’ve gotten really into electronics and embedded systems design. I started this blog to document my projects and share what I’ve been learning, in case it helps someone else—or just sparks some interest. A lot of my work involves microcontrollers, sensors, and low-level programming. I enjoy figuring out how hardware and software come together, and enjoy the hands on work that electornics requires. I’m still learning a ton as I go, and this blog will serve as a place for me to document and share my knowledge. I also spend a lot of my spare time outdoors. I enjoy rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing, and just exploring around Prescott whenever I get the chance.

Thanks for checking out my stuff!
